Reiki (Ray-Kee) is a japanese form of energy therapy that dates back to the 1800's. It is a simple therapy that uses hands on, or hands free (distance healing) methods.

 

As well as visualization techniques, with the goal of improving the flow of life-force energy in a person or sometimes even animals or plants. Reiki means "universal life energy" in Japanese. Reiki practitioners are trained to detect energetic anomalies within the body that can effect us on a mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual level.

 

Reiki can be used to alleviate stress, symptoms of illness, and pain within the body, or simply for relaxation purposes.

A Twin Flame Reiki session is performed by two twin souls who have found each other in this lifetime and have a deep soul connection.  As they work together performing Reiki, this deep soul connection compliments each others practice.
