Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for those suffering from chronic stiff necks, low back tightness and sore shoulders. The therapist applies slower movements with the pressure for a deeper and focused therapy on pain areas and discomfort.​​
Swedish Massage
This massage technique can improve blood circulation, ease muscle tension and improve flexibility.
