Swedish Massage

This massage technique can improve blood circulation, ease muscle tension and improve flexibility.

 

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for those suffering from chronic stiff necks, low back tightness and sore shoulders. The therapist applies slower movements with the pressure for a deeper and focused therapy on pain areas and discomfort.

Focal Based Cupping - Only available when combined with a massage for an additional charge

Cupping is a practice used in traditional medicine in several parts of the world, including China and the Middle East. It involves creating suction on the skin. Negative pressure is created in the cup to remove oxygen through suction placed on the skin.  Excellent for athletes, pre and post workout as well as therapeutic relaxation of the muscle tissue.

 

Thai Foot Massage

This therapy can also be added to a massage for an additional charge

Thai Foot Massage is a combination of massage and reflexology to open up the 'Thai Sip Sen Energy Channels', stimulating  the flow of life energy, while incorporating pressure on reflexology or acupressure points.
